Sil-Mar Construction Corp. is the oldest and largest Ucrete Certified
Contractor in the United States. We have over 20 years of experience
with this extremely durable flooring material. The unique characteristics
of Ucrete make it the only logical choice for harsh food and beverage
manufacturing environments. |
|
Ucrete HF, HP/Q and MF flooring products have a similar coefficient of
thermal expansion to that of concrete. Ucrete HF can withstand direct
exposure to live steam. No other polymer flooring material can make that
claim! |
|
- Ucrete® HF
- Ucrete® HF is a three-component polyurethane-concrete flooring system.
This troweled, monolithic flooring system is installed from 1/4 – 3/8" (6 –
9.5 mm) or greater. The thickness is determined by the service and cleaning
temperatures and the severity of traffic expected. Ucrete® HF floors are
extremely tough and have many physical properties that exceed those of
typical concrete.

- Ucrete® HP & HP/Q
-
Ucrete® HP and HP/Q are three-component
polyurethane-concrete systems with a broadcast aggregate. Both of these
systems are installed at a finished thickness of 1/4 – 3/8" (6 – 9 mm).
The thickness is determined by the service and cleaning temperatures and
the severity of traffic expected. Ucrete® HP/Q uses a colored quartz
aggregate to yield a textured surface. Ucrete® HP uses a translucent
quartz aggregate. Ucrete® floors are extremely tough and have many
physical properties that exceed those of typical concrete.

|
- Ucrete® MF
- Ucrete® MF is a three-component polyurethane-concrete floor system.
This horizontal, flowable, monolithic system is applied at a thickness of
3/16 – 1/4" (4 – 6 mm) or greater and forms a smooth matte surface. The
thickness is determined by the service and cleaning temperatures and the
severity of traffic expected. Ucrete® floors are extremely tough and have
many physical properties that exceed those of typical concrete.

|
- Ucrete® WR
- Ucrete® WR is a three-component polyurethane-concrete material. It is
used with other Ucrete® products to form cove bases. Ucrete® WR applies by
trowel and yields excellent results; it can be installed to a depth of 1/8"
(3 mm) in a single lift or to greater thicknesses in multiple lifts. It is
extremely tough and has many physical properties that exceed those of
typical concrete.

Fast Floor
-
Ucrete® Fast Floor employs a three-component polyurethane-concrete
material (Ucrete® MF) over a two-component fluid-applied polyurethane
primer (FF Primer). This flowable, monolithic flooring system is applied
at a depth of 1/8" (3mm) or greater; it has a semi-matte smooth finish
